Purpose of Data Collection

Personal Data: Allegis Group processes personal data from visitors, job seekers, customers, vendors, service providers and other suppliers as well as referees and others who advise on the suitability of job seekers for particular positions for the purposes of operating our services effectively and complying with applicable laws and government regulations. Specifically, some of the ways we may process personal data include, but are not limited to: create, manage and administer our services, which includes staffing and recruiting, search, talent advisory, managed delivery, workforce management, and transformation; create, manage and administer internal operations; match job seekers to job positions and job positions to job seekers; market information related to our events, surveys, workshops and training sessions that may be of interest to individuals; business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, developing new products, services and offerings, enhancing, improving or modifying our websites, products or services and operating and expanding our business activities; and complying with applicable laws and government regulations. Allegis Group may disclose Personal Data to any affiliate within Allegis Group; to potential employers or potential customers if the individual is a job seeker for the purpose of providing staffing and recruiting services, or search, workforce management or talent advisory services; to third party vendors to assist us in providing our websites, apps and services, for example to support IT platform management or support services, infrastructure and application services, marketing, data analytics, skills and assessments training, occupational health and safety screening, and drug and background screening; to third parties for strategic or other business reasons as part of a transaction to buy, sell, merge or otherwise reorganize our businesses; and to third parties where we are legally required to do so in order to respond to or comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or government requests, including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Human Resources Data: Allegis Group processes Human Resources Data for the purpose of administering and carrying out the employment and personnel relationship, including without limitation for the purposes of recruitment, benefits administration, payroll administrations, supporting and managing work performance and any health concerns, and monitoring and investigating compliance with workplace policies and rules. Where applicable, Allegis Group processes Human resources data to facilitate a suitable assignment match with our clients as part of our staffing, recruiting and search services. Allegis Group may disclose Human Resources Data to affiliates of Allegis Group; to third party vendors such as IT platform management or support services, infrastructure and application services, consultants, auditors and advisors, marketing, data analytics, drug and background screening, payroll processing and health care benefits; to a party to which Allegis Group is contemplating selling a business unit; to clients when we place employees with clients as part of our staffing or search services; and to third parties where we are legally required to do so in order to respond to or comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or government requests, including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
