Purpose of Data Collection

ContractSafe is a contract storage and management system. As such, the information collected by ContractSafe through our site or services is not ordinarily acquired in a form or manner that reveals Personal Data. We do collect non-HR Personal Data from customers and potential customers directly related to the follow up on inquiries and customer/account management purposes. Personal Data may be supplied to ContractSafe by our customers or visitors through the Site or our services, including contact information (such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and company name). We may use this information to create an account for the customer, fulfill their request for a demo or respond to an inquiry or contract request, subscribe customers to our newsletters, process billing or to otherwise take action related to the purpose for which they supplied such Personal Data. This information is generally entered into fields in a Customer Order Form or MSA/TOS and enables the Customer to take full advantage of the Services we offer. We may use Personal Data supplied by the visitor or customer to track details about those purchases and use of the Services for billing and customer service purposes, the operating system version and the device identifier. The use of Personal Data collected through our Services will be limited to the purpose of providing the Services for which the Customer has engaged ContractSafe and as may otherwise be described in the applicable MSA or TOS.
