Purpose of Data Collection
EFI processes personal data for the following purposes; to provide a product or service, to respond to inquiries about our products, to provide technical and customer support for a product or service, to engage in marketing and sales activities, to create and maintain reseller partnerships, to conduct research and development and undertake product development. Additionally, EFI may process personal information when necessary by legal obligation, to protect the public interest, to protect a data subjects’ vital interest and to establish or defend a legal claim. The types of personal information that EFI processes includes, customer, client, visitor and organizational data. Types of 3rd parties that EFI may disclose personal information to include, payment processing providers, website analytics companies, CRM service providers, suppliers, licensors, distributors, resellers, dealers, OEM’s, shipping and handling providers, survey providers, data analysis firms and customer support providers.
