Purpose of Data Collection

We collect hourly wages and commissions and calculate payroll amounts for employees. We also record which services an employee is authorized to perform at the workplace. Finally, we provide reports and analytics on the employee's performance such as productivity per hour, reviews from clients, and client retention.
