Purpose of Data Collection

Controller, Processor and Data Subjects Configure One processes data of different categories of data subjects. Within the scope of this activity, we process the personal data of: ● Sales Prospects (individuals, visiting website and social media sites, as well as those individuals whose data have come through Customers of the Company); ● Customers (Customers’/Resellers’ Employees); ● Employees ● We may disclose personal data to third-party marketing and analytic sites for sales prospects. ● We may disclose personal data to third-party human resource sites for employee functions. Those Customers, who came through existing Customers, or Employees of Prospective Customers for the purposes of this Assessment will be regarded as Customers or Prospective Customers. Configure One is a controller, when it: ● Processes, manages and uses personal data of Sales Prospects, who are visiting its websites, social media sites, or are looking to subscribe to the services; ● Processes their own Employee’s personal data. Configure One is a processor, when: ● Processes Customers’ personal data, following Partners or Customers’ instructions, when they use Configure One’ Products. However, where Configure One is involved in making decisions and choosing how to use personal data it will act as a controller or a joint controller (together with Partners) of data; ● Processes, manages and uses personal data of Customers
