Purpose of Data Collection
HR Acuity On-Demand collects data from its clients who use our solution to manage their employee relations matters. Types of data collected may include Name, Title, Work Address, Work Department, Manager Name, Work Email/Phone, Race, Age, Performance Rating, Collective Bargaining Unit, or similar. In order to protect our clients' human resources data, HR Acuity is is SOC 2 Type 1 & 2 certified and has a documented Information Security Program that meets or exceeds ISO 27002 standards and requires the same from its suppliers. These policies which contain defined expectations are reviewed at least annually or as a significant change occurs by designated leadership to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
