Purpose of Data Collection
EU HR Data (EU employees, contractors, and job applicants): Rosetta Stone may collect, use and process EU HR Data for purposes that include, but are not limited to, general business administration, compensation and benefits, workflow and performance management, IT support, administration of compliance hotline, legitimate monitoring, internal investigations, exercising legal rights or obligations, and recruitment and hiring activities. Rosetta Stone may disclose EU HR Data to third party service providers that perform services on Rosetta Stone's behalf, including, but not limited to, services in connection with finance or other administrative activities, IT support, and HR activities. EU Personal Data other than HR Data: -(EU corporate customers, consumers, other third parties): Rosetta Stone may collect, use and process data about EU corporate customers, consumers, other third parties for purposes that include, but are not limited to, general business administration, data hosting, customer support and relationship management, payment processing and billing/collection, data analytics, direct marketing, fulfillment of requests, exercising legal rights or obligations, and product/service support and improvement/development. Rosetta Stone may disclose data about EU corporate customers, consumers, other third parties to third party service providers that perform services on Rosetta Stone's behalf, including, but not limited to, services in connection with finance or other administrative activities, IT support, and customer relationship management activities. -(EU corporate customer's end-users): Rosetta Stone acts only as a processor of such data.
