Purpose of Data Collection
NON-HR PERSONAL DATA: Personal information that is transferred to Unisys from the EEA, the UK, Gibraltar, and Switzerland fall into two categories: 1) personal information regarding personnel from Unisys’s Business Partners in the EEA, the UK, Gibraltar, and Switzerland; and 2) Client Personal Information that Unisys processes on behalf of its Business Partners and/or affiliates. HR PERSONAL DATA: Unisys human resources data includes personal data of current and former employees. Unisys processes HR personal data for the following purposes: HR management; business operations; security, communications and IT; health and safety; compliance with legal requirements; and other compliance purposes, including criminal and fraud detection and conducting ethics/disciplinary investigations.
