Purpose of Data Collection

1. Planful FP&A application suite is used by the business organizations to conduct financial performance assessment, planning, forecasting etc. 2. Planful clients (business organizations) solely determine what data is submitted to the Planful service as client data. All data related to any client is uploaded and controlled by our clients directly. 3. Certain functionality of the application suite requires client to upload their employee data. Also, for provisioning of access to the application, we use email id and users first name and last name. 4. Planful does not collect any personal information on behalf of our clients, and Planful does not determine how our clients use such data. Additionally, Planful customer contracts generally prohibit Planful from accessing customer data except under limited circumstances. 5. With respect to client data (data uploaded by client or received by us), Planful acts as a custodian of our client data ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, privacy, security and availability. 6. Our Corporate website collects personal information in the form of first name, last name and email id, if any website visitor is interested in receiving marketing, upcoming event or sales related information from us. 7. Planful collect such personal information in a manner consistent with the applicable laws and for the purpose of providing the requested and/or intended services and/or information. 8. We treat all our client or website visitor information as ?Confidential? including the billing, administrative contact, account management information received from our clients. 9. We only share the data with the service providers under contractual obligations of enforcing the security practices as required by Planful 10. We are also obliged to share the data with the law enforcement agencies, if needed 11. We generally retain the data for 28 days? post termination of the contract with our clients. We also allow option to clients to either download the data on their own or request a copy from Planful within 28 days. After 28 days, the data will be securely deleted from our systems. 12. Planful comply with all legal obligations pertaining to PII data in its custody including dispute resolutions and disclosures per master services agreement.
