For instance, we may, or help our Clients to, use this data to: - Determine what ad to show a consumer, and customize ads to particular types of audiences; - Customize ads to the type of web page users are viewing; - Limit the number of times a consumer sees an ad or a type of ad; - Perform analysis of how effective the ads are; - Help advertisers learn more about their own consumers; - Troubleshooting; and - Fraud detection The Trade Desk corporate website collects pseudonymous information for analytics and marketing purposes, as described in our privacy policy. The Trade Desk corporate website collects directly identifiable information, such as name and email address when individuals provide it to us, and we use it for purposes of contacting those requesting information, requesting a demo, or requesting a newsletter. Information collected from whitepaper or contest submissions, or that has been provided to an employee of The Trade Desk is used for the same and may be used for marketing purposes relating to our products or services. Information collected for billing and related purposes shall be used for similar purposes as well as credit checks, invoicing, collection, troubleshooting, account maintenance, and other related business purposes. The Company receives the Personal Data of current and former employees as well as applicants of the Company’s European subsidiaries located in Europe to administer the employment and potential employment relationship.
