Purpose of Data Collection

Listrak Inc. receives personal information from individuals in the European Union related to our business as a software-as-a-service provider. Listrak’s clients collect customer data from their websites and online preference centers. This data is uploaded to Listrak via secure protocols and includes items such as the visitor’s domain name or IP address; aggregate information on what pages visitors access; information volunteered by the visitor, such as name, email, phone, and company information; email address related to permission-based subscription to our email alerts, e-newsletters, and promotional emails; phone number related to permission-based SMS/MMS messaging; device identifier related to permission-based web push and mobile push messaging. The information we collect is used to send requested product or service information, product recommendations, and transaction confirmation messages. Additionally, Listrak uses tracking technologies in analyzing trends, tracking users’ movements around our client’s website, and gathering activity information about the user base. Our clients use this activity to build audiences with the purpose of delivering permission-based campaigns. Listrak hosts the aforementioned client audiences on our servers. Listrak has no ownership of this information or any direct relationship with individuals whose personal information may be processed as part of providing our services. All campaigns and activities from Listrak’s platform allow the end customer to unsubscribe from our client’s list.
