Purpose of Data Collection

IHGOA processes human resources data and non-human resources data including member, customer, prospective member, prospective customer, and website visitor data. IHGOA processes human resources data for management of its employment relationship with its workforce members and to comply with employment and other laws applicable to its operations. IHGOA processes non-human resources data to process member, customer and visitor: payments; orders; events; communications; and advertising. IHGOA shares human resources data with its human resources related service providers including IHGOA’s Affiliate IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group PLC). IHGOA shares non-human resources data with its members, service providers, and IHGOA’s affiliate IHG.
