Purpose of Data Collection
Dialpad processes customer data during the use of our products. Dialpad stores data such as call logs, messages, voicemails, transcriptions and recordings. This personal data is required to be stored and processed by Dialpad to provide services to our customers. Customer data is processed within our cloud infrastructure which is reliant on Google Cloud platform for storage and processing. Additionally, Dialpad processes human resources data for use in the employment context.

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage.
This Privacy Shield Policy covers our treatment of personal information in the context of the Privacy Shield Principles and reiterates our commitment to those Principles. The Dialpad Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Privacy Shield Policy; however, in the event of any contradictions, the Privacy Shield Principles shall guide.
