Purpose of Data Collection
Internap Corporation (INAP), including all of its affiliates and subsidiaries, is a technology business offering colocation services, cloud services, managed services, and network services. As to INAP's customers, each customer determines what data (including personal data) it stores or transmits in connection with the services purchased by such customer from INAP. INAP may process the data of its customers in connection with its provisioning of colocation services, cloud services, managed services, and network services INAP may disclose data of its customers to INAP's contracted vendors, in connection with performance of its internal operating functions and in connection with performance of the services purchased by its customers. Such data may include personal data.
