Purpose of Data Collection
We process Personal Information in order to compete travel reservations and expense management requested by the data subject in our platform. This information is the minimal amount of information necessary to complete a travel reservation which also includes TSA requirements, such as name DOB and gender. This information is disclosed as requested by the data subject to the applicable travel service provider and to our sub processors that assist us with technical aspects of the booking process. We process HR personal information for the hiring and management of employees in our EU offices. The HR personal information is shared with our HR team located in the United States. It is disclosed to WorkDay (our HR Information System) and Greenhouse (recruiting)
