Purpose of Data Collection

Apptivo is a cloud based application. We capture first name, last name and email address alone (of its users) and this information is used to provision access to the application. Other usages for above information (First name, last name and email address) include: Fulfill the order; Send order confirmation; Assess the needs of business to determine suitable products; Send the requested product or service information; Send product updates or warranty information; Respond customer service requests; Administer the account; Send newsletter; Send marketing communications
