Purpose of Data Collection

The Company gathers the following data from its website visitors: 1) e-mail, 2) password and 3) fist name. The Company gathers the following data from its customers (users that post their products on the Company's website): 1) full name, 2) e-mail and 3) product title, link, description, photos and videos if any in order to promote the product on the Company's platform. The Company also gathers comment postings by its visitors and customers as well as any correspondence between the Company, its visitors and customers. The Company also gathers the IP address of the visitors or customers that post a comment on its website. The Company shares the above personal data with the following third party data processors: – Google – Campaign Monitor – Gravatar – Intercom – Facebook – Cloudflare The Company's website has a payment gateway handled by Paypal and Stripe ("Payment Processors"). The Company does not gather the payment information of its customers or visitors. However the payment information is shared with the Payment Processors. With respect to the Human Resources Data, the Company gathers the full name, address and tax ID of its employees/independent contractors.
