Purpose of Data Collection
Crelate provides talent management and recruiting software to a wide range of businesses. Crelate processes the personal data of customers and their corresponding users (“Subscribers”), EU-based candidates and employees (“Individuals”) whose data may be stored in Crelate by our Subscribers and EU-based visitors to our public website (“Visitors”). With regards to Individuals, Crelate is a Data Processor and stores and processes data on behalf of its Subscribers, which are Data Controllers. With regards to Subscribers, Crelate is a Data Controller and may store and process personal information about our users. With regards to Visitors, Crelate is a Data Controller and may store and process personal information about visitors to our website. Types of data we process: For Visitors: We process IP addresses, cookie identifiers, common browser, information provided by the Visitor and device statistics as well as actions you take on our website. If you choose to provide your contact information, engage in sales or support conversation, additional information will be captured to enable those conversations. For Individuals: We process HR data, contact information, IP addresses, device statistics, usage behavior, etc. to provide our service and on behalf of our Subscribers. For Subscribers: We process, contact and billing information, IP addresses, device statistics, usage behavior, etc. to provide our service per our Terms of Service. Crelate does not sell Subscriber, Individual, Visitor personal information to third parties. Crelate and it's third parties process personal data to maintain and provide our service and where applicable at the request of and on behalf of our Subscribers.
