Purpose of Data Collection

We are engaged by our clients to conduct opinion research and other survey data collection. Our surveys are conducted among employees, associates, customers, prospects, or other stakeholders of organizations to acquire data and opinions about the companies or organizations for which they work or interact. In some cases, Personally Identifiable Information may be provided to us by these organizations or by the survey respondents themselves, in accordance with organizational policies for use only for the purposes stated. Data is not shared with any outside organization other than the sponsoring organization, or third parties acting on our behalf. DataStar maintains responsibility for the processing of personal information it receives under the Privacy Shield. DataStar may also be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
