Boeing processes employee, candidate, staff, and employment-related HR data to operate our business, to provide, improve, and support our compensation, benefits, and health and wellness programs, and for the purposes of communications, recruitment, staffing, performance management, training, workplace safety, managing legal liability, complying with applicable law, and for our everyday business purposes. Boeing may disclose Non-HR and HR data to third parties such as service providers, affiliates, and regulators in connection with finance, administrative and legal activities, human resources management, and to other third parties in support of our everyday business purposes in compliance with applicable law in the jurisdictions where Boeing, our partners, and affiliates operate.
