Purpose of Data Collection
ASI provides software solutions and consulting services to nonprofit and membership organizations and collects personal data of its clients, prospects and other visitors to its website to provide products and services and manage relationships with those clients, prospects and visitors, to conduct product and market research, to improve our products and services, and to provide the best possible quality of client service. We may combine, share and exchange personal information with our related corporate affiliates and third-party organizations in an effort to assist ASI in managing, administering and providing products and/or services. Third-party organizations may include those involved in our sales and support network (including Solution Providers and authorized consultants); organizations maintaining or providing information technology services; organizations providing analysis and research; organizations involved in our business processing functions or providing legal, management and administration services; organizations providing cloud computing or data warehousing services; organizations that perform advertising or marketing-related services; and suppliers or other third parties with whom we have commercial relationships for business-related purposes. We also process human resources data relating to our employees and independent consultants, some of whom may be residents of the European Union. We collect personal data in order to manage all aspects of the employment relationship, including the establishment, maintenance and termination of employment relationships; to protect the safety and security of our workforce, guests, property and assets; and to comply with applicable law. We may share this information with our affiliates, subsidiaries and other third parties that we use or collaborate with in the operation of our business, including the provision of benefits and services we offer our employees.
