Purpose of Data Collection
American DataBank is a full service employment screening, background check, immunization management and compliance management company. The purpose for processing personal data is for employment and/or verification purposes. Types of data processed include name, date of birth, U.S. SSN, address history, immunization data, education information and employment information. Information obtained from applicants is with their written authorization and disclosure under the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Information is only shared with third parties when it is for the purposes of completing international verifications.
