Purpose of Data Collection
Through our product, Sentry, we provide real-time error tracking for web apps, mobile apps, and games, which allows developers to reproduce and fix crashes. We collect personal information from the EU about visitors of our website, as well as information about our EU clients and their users in the course of doing business. Where we collect information on behalf of our clients in the course of providing our services (e.g. error logs, usernames), we do so only as data processor and in accordance with our client's instructions. We disclose data to our third party service providers (e.g. cloud hosting services, backup services, customer support providers) who help to support the operation of our business and delivery of our services. We may also disclose data to third parties where required by law and in the course of a corporate reorganization, sale, merger, or similar event. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.
