The “Service” includes (a) the Site, (b) RiseSmart’s outplacement and career management services, and other related services (including file management and analytics services), and related technologies including RiseSmart mobile app, and (c) all software, materials, portals, recommendations, job leads, data, reports, text, images, sounds, video, analytics and other content made available through any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Content”).
