Purpose of Data Collection

To provide Printful services, fulfill a contract with a customer, confirm customer's identity, contact the customer, provide support, operare customer's account and invoice the customer, Printful processes the following personal information: name, company name, shipping information, email address and phone number, payment and billing information (payment method details, first and last digits of your payment card), order handling information. If a customer has given consent when registering his/her account, when subscribing to Printful's newsletter or blog, or shared his/her email address or other personal data with Printful to receive any other information, Printful will process customer's email address to send the materials, to which a customer has subscribed to. Printful may monitor or record customer calls received at Printful's customer service to ensure the quality of the customer support. By using cookies and similar technology on Printful's website, Printful collects information on website visitor's device, preferences and information filled while visiting the website, visitors interaction with the website, and other information used for analytical, marketing, and targeting purposes. To ensure Printful's network security, give customers access to and to improve Printful's services, Printful also collects the following technical usage data: how and when a customer accesses his/her account, information about the device and browser a customer uses, IP address and device data. Where Printful fulfills an end-customer's (i.e. an end user of Printful's Services) order on customer's behalf, Printful is an agent acting on behalf of a customer and collects information relating to the customer's end-customer (personal data relating to the end-customer of Printful's services, including name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and other information about the customer's end-customers and any personal data in the printing content (where applicable)). Printful cooperates with third parties with whom Printful shares personal data to support its services. Information a customer has provided to Printful during the use of Printful's services, including technical usage data, is shared with third parties who provide hosting and server co-location services as well as data and cybersecurity services. Customer's email address and other contact details provided to Printful and customer's messages to the customer service are shared with communication, email distribution, and content delivery services as well as customer support system providers. Information regarding customer's purchases and payments is shared with billing and payment processing services, fraud detection and prevention services, accounting and financial advisors. Information regarding customer's use of Printful's website and other information received from cookies and similar technology is shared with web analytics, session recording, and online marketing services. Information on customer's account, purchases, and preferences can be shared with marketing services. Insofar as reasonably necessary to defend Printful's legal rights, Printful may share customer's personal data with legal advisors. In certain circumstances, Printful is required to share information with third parties to comply with legal requirements or requests, as well as to protect Printful or third party’s, lawful interests.
