Purpose of Data Collection

3C collects and processes information when visitors and/or customers register for the Services, access or use Service content or features, sign up to receive emails or other communications, use community features such as discussion forums, participate in promotions, or directly contact 3C with questions or feedback. "Personal Data" may be processed during registration or account set-up, during interaction with a Service, or by an authorized third party (e.g., educator, researcher, agency) if the customer grants permission to those third parties to share "Personal Data."
