Purpose of Data Collection

1) Operation of the Saas Products & Services as offered by Showpad (Showpad acting as processor on behalf of its customers for their data as uploaded onto or generated by the Showpad Saas Products & Services ). This personal data relates to the individual users of our Customer's and/or of the individual prospects with whom such Users are interacting, as well as the analytics that are generated by the Showpad Saas Products & Services in relation therewith. Such personal data may be disclosed to individuals that are member to the Showpad Group in order to support and exploit the Showpad Saas Products & Services, as well as certain subprocessors (hosting providers or specific feature providers) as necessary for the Showpad Saas Products & Services to operate. 2) Showpad group operations (Showpad acting as controller) Processing here relates to the normal operations of a company (lead generation, marketing efforts, operating the company website, contract administration, billing, company events, ...). Such personal data may be disclosed to individuals that are member to the Showpad Group in order to support and exploit the different purposes, as well as certain subprocessors (providers of certain applications e.g. CRM applications, finance applications, marketing applications, ...) and third party companies which may have an interest to know.
