Assessments International, Inc. operates as a data processor; our clients are the data controllers. AI, as a part of its business service, provides assessment tools that allow our clients to measure people based on their business need. Our clients commission projects and configure our system to meet their specifications. Our clients at all times own the data, and the information that is resident on our system is guided by our clients' privacy policy. Assessments International does not disseminate data collected or survey results to non-commissioning clients. Moreover, AI does not sell, publish, or otherwise transfer data to third parties.
