Purpose of Data Collection
Betterez is a Reservations & Ticketing Management SaaS for the travel industry. One of the uses of our software by our travel customers is to sell a ticket. In order to sell the ticket, issue it, contact the passenger for any issues, enroll in a customer account, market to the passenger after the trip, etc. certain information is collected such as first name, last name, email, other information may be phone number, address, student ID number or employee ID number (for a travel pass), favorite trips, loyalty number and other such information.
