Purpose of Data Collection

Readymag Inc. (a Delaware corporation operating under the laws of State of Delaware, having its registered office at 160 Greentree Drive, Suite 101, Dover, DE 19904; hereinafter: „Company”) offers and provides its user with a platform to where users can create different kind of projects for example websites, magazines and portfolios without the need to have any knowledge on coding (hereinafter: “Services”). Regarding the Service the Company processes information to personalize and improve its Services and to allow its users to set up accounts on the website of the Company. The Company’s Services are only available for registered users (hereinafter: “Registered User”), but the Company’s website can be visited by non-registered users (hereinafter: “Visitor”) (Registered User and Visitor hereinafter separately: “User” and together: “Users”). Certain data is only collected from Registered Users; however, data may be collected from the Visitors as well. The Company, for the registration and for the performance of the contract and Services fulfillment, collects data provided by the Registered User which includes the Registered User’s full name, e-mail address, Facebook or Google user name and the e-mail address given on these sites, profile picture (optional), location (optional), link to the personal website or social media site (optional), financial data: holder name, the last four digits of the payment card, the expiration date of the payment card. The above listed personal data are processed as well as for compliance with legal obligations to prevent fraudulent transactions, to monitor theft and otherwise protect the customers and the Company’s business and to assist law enforcement and to respond to subpoenas. The Company uses the Registered User’s full name, email address and activity on the website for marketing purposes and to send newsletters and emails. The Registered User has the right to withdraw his/her consent on the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes at any time. The Company collects automatically data from the Users during the use of the website and the Services and process it to improve the effectiveness of the website and marketing efforts, to conduct research and analysis, including focus groups and surveys and to perform other business activities as needed. The Company automatically receives and records information on the Company’s server logs from the Registered User’s and/or Visitor’s IP address, web pages visited before coming to the website, specification of the browser (type, version), device’s operating system, language and other regional settings, information on how the Registered User interacts with the website (clicks, scrolling, browsing times, timestamps, load times, searches, transactions, referral pages), problems the Registered User may encounter. The Company may use automatically collected information and cookies’ information to: (a) set up accounts on its website; (b) allow the Registered Users to use the Services; (c) communicate with the Registered Users (d) to advertise and personalize the marketing opportunities provided by the Company to the Registered Users; and (e) to improve the Services and create new features and products. The Company may share collected data with third party service providers who supply software applications, web hosting and other technologies for the Company’s website. Aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify the User may also be shared. Data process services, of certain companies which requires to share data with the providing company, may also be used by the Company.
