These services may include assisting in the management and administration of global mobility programs, providing access to online case-management tool, and invoicing clients in connection with our services. Zander Sterling may also process personal data when engaged by a client's employer when it is in Zander Sterling legitimate interest to do so to fulfill a contractual obligation with the employer for services. Additionally, Zander Sterling's may process personal data in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation including record keeping requirements. The type of personal data Zander Sterling processes is client data which may include, but is not limited to, gender, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, marital status, passport number, visa number, employment history, employee number, job title and function, and resident status. We may disclose personal data to third parties when directed by a client employer when Zander Sterling's services are retained by a client's employer on their behalf for tax purposes, for immigration services, to facilitate coordination of services delivered by a relocation management firm selected by your employer, and for any other purpose required to provide the services as permitted by applicable law. We may also disclose personal data to third party service providers in connection with Zander Sterling's client services. These third parties include tax software vendors, website developers, managed IT firms, couriers, or other necessary entities.
