Purpose of Data Collection

Our software, Direct Mail, allows users to import email lists that may contain names, email addresses, and other personal data belonging to their subscribers (the “Subscriber Data”) for the purpose of sending email campaigns. Subscriber Data is used by us to send email campaigns on behalf of our users and to support additional Direct Mail features. Subscriber Data is not disclosed to any third party. Direct Mail users provide us their own email address, name, and billing information (collectively, the “Customer Data”) when signing up for an account. Customer Data is used by us for purposes of billing, account notifications, and customer service. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may share limited Customer Data with the following types of third-party partners: payment processors, customer service portals, and advertising platforms. These partners allow us to process customer payments, provide customer service, and help us better understand our users and to serve relevant advertising to them and others like them.
