SHR Global processes the personal data of individuals who make hotel reservations by providing the software that allows them to complete their room reservation, including the hotel guest's name, physical address, credit card information and occasionally, the birth date of the hotel guest. The data collected is not disclosed to any third party and the credit card information is deleted 14 days after it is processed.
