Purpose of Data Collection
4me, Inc. delivers the 4me service that allows an organization’s internal and external service providers to collaborate seamlessly, while the level of service that each party provides is visible in real time. Customers of the 4me service submit data to the 4me service as part of their use of the 4me service. With respect to such customer data, 4me, Inc. acts as a data processor, and a customer of 4me, Inc. acts as the data controller of personal data. 4me, Inc. processes data customers submit to the 4me services or instruct 4me, Inc. to process on their behalf. 4me, Inc. has no direct control or ownership of any personal data it processes. 4me, Inc. generally does not have a direct relationship with individuals whose personal data is submitted by customers to the 4me service. 4me, Inc. does not collect personal information on behalf of its customers, and 4me, Inc. does not determine how its customers use such data. While the customers of the 4me service decide what data to submit, it typically includes information about their customers, employees, service providers, partners, business contacts, users or other individuals, which may include contact information, billing information and HR data. An individual who seeks to correct, amend, or delete personal data should direct this request to the customer of 4me, Inc. 4me, Inc. does not process any data manually. 4me, Inc. does not share, distribute, sell, rent, or trade data that its customers submit to the 4me service. Such data may only be accessed by 4me, Inc. with the express permission of the customer and then only for the purpose of diagnosing technical problems with the 4me service, or monitoring the technical quality of the 4me service, or when 4me, Inc. is required by law. In accordance with the customer agreements, 4me, Inc. may disclose personal data to third parties to provide services on behalf of 4me, Inc. or on behalf of the customers of 4me, Inc. 4me, Inc. maintains onward transfer agreements with its third parties in compliance with its Privacy Policy. 4me, Inc. stores and uses contact information of customer representatives, such as name, role, company name, address, phone and email address, in order to provide support for the 4me service to the customer and to maintain its relationship with the customer.
