Human resources data: • Name, Contact details (email, phone number, address, skype id) are used for communication. • Details in the resume including work experience and educational qualifications are collected for candidate evaluation during recruitment and selection. • Bank account details, tax code, marital status, NI number etc. are required and used for payroll and benefits administration. This data remains with eRevMax HR and Finance Departments and is not shared with any third party. Personal data other than human resources data: • Clients’ Data: Name, Company, Mailing Address, Email, Phone number, credit card details – used for communication and business transactions. • Partners’ Data: Name, Company, Mailing Address, Email, Phone number – used for communication and business transactions. • Bookers’ Data: Name, Company, Mailing Address, Email, Phone number, credit card details – sent to software like Property Management Systems and Central Reservation System used by hotels and hotels have access to Bookers’ data on eRevMax system. We do not sell any personal information to third parties.
