Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data of customers (data controllers) and their users of the software or cloud service might be transferred and processed for the provisioning of technical support (help and advice regarding use of the software or cloud service and assistance to verify and potentially resolve problems with the software or cloud service, as well as providing professional services). This includes any kind of data processed via our software/cloud service, technical support or professional services for the users of our customers (where we act as a data sub-processor), all processed solely as per our DPA and other applicable agreements. Personal data received from prospects, news subscribers, marketing program members etc. which are processed solely according our Privacy Policy.
