Purpose of Data Collection

MVPindex: We collect information about users who visit our public website and access our services via our SaaS platform. Users may include organizations, customers, clients, and visitors. We collect information about users during their use of the Platform, including their name, username, password, email address, postal address, phone number, payment information, gender, their selected influence categories, their self-created biography, general location information such as their city, state, or country, and information they provide to the Platform or allow us to access when they do certain things, such as: -Request a demo; -Enter registration information to create an account; -Subscribe to the Platform; -Fill out and submit an information request form; -Request certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates, and other products); -Enter a sweepstakes or contest or register for a promotion; -Complete a survey; -Sign up to receive SMS (text message) notifications; or -Connect with the Platform or otherwise allow us to access certain information about you via a social media service. They may also choose to provide us with optional demographic information, solely in their discretion, such as their income range, education level, asking price, religious affiliation, political affiliation, and ethnicity. If they choose to link or connect a social media account to their MVPindex account (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Twitch), we will collect and store their user ID associated with their social media account. If they choose to link their accounts or otherwise connect to their social media account with the Platform, they authorize MVPindex to collect, store, and use in accordance with our Privacy Policy any and all information available to MVPindex through the social media interface, including without limitation any information that they have made public in connection with their social media account, information that the social media service shares with us, information that they have authorized the social media service to share with us (e.g., social post metadata and post content), or information that is disclosed as being shared during the sign-in process. UMBEL Description:Umbel Corporation provides a SaaS platform to subscribed clients to collect and unify all their customer data including personal data for analysis in order to gain meaningful insights for marketing and outreach programs. Clients of Umbel are responsible for collection of personal data from the individuals interacting with the client. Umbel does not directly collect data for clients but receives the collected data for analysis, segmentation and reporting. Umbel may also collect web site navigational data including IP addresses of individuals visiting the Umbel corporate website and or Umbel's SaaS platform.
