Purpose of Data Collection

Anonyome Labs' applications and services enable customers to create digital identities for use in place of their personal data. Using these digital identities, known as Sudo identities, customers protect their private personal data and increase their resilience to data breaches and poor data protection in the sites and services they use. By default, Anonyome’s applications do not collect any personally identifiable information at the time that a customer account is created. If a particular capability in an Anonyome Labs' application requires identification verification due to regulatory reasons, then personal data such as name, address and date of birth is collected and stored. Anonyome’s services automatically collect certain technical data and information that is used to provide and make the services better. When a customer uses Anonyome’s services, certain data about the requests is stored, including date/time, type of request (e.g. send SMS), application version and IP address. This data is retained in the services for a limited period to maintain the quality of service and handle support requests. In addition, if a customer contacts Anonyome for customer support, the customer may provide personal data, such as their name and email address, for purposes of handling such support requests. When anyone visits Anonyome's web sites, Anonyome may collect information concerning the user's browser type, IP address and the pages requested. No personal data that Anonyome collects is ever disclosed to a third party unless such disclosure is required under a lawfully served information request.
