Purpose of Data Collection

When a customer uses Anonyome Labs' services, certain data about the requests is stored, including date/time, type of request (e.g. send SMS), application version and IP address. This data is retained in the services for one day to maintain the quality of service and handle customer support requests. If a customer contacts Anonyome Labs for assistance, the customer may provide personal data, such as their name and email address, to help us support them. That personal data is only used to complete the customer’s support request. When anyone visits Anonyome Labs' web sites, Anonyome Labs may collect and process information concerning the user's browser type, IP address and the pages requested. A visitor to Anonyome Labs' web sites may choose to provide their email address to receive notifications when new blog content is published. Anonyome Labs only uses this information to provide those notifications, and for no other purpose. No personal data that Anonyome Labs processes is ever disclosed to a third party unless such disclosure is required under a lawfully served information request.
