(together, “Experian”) certified to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework regarding the collection and processing of personal data from our affiliated companies located in the European Union and United Kingdom, and customers in connection with the products and services described in our Experian EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Privacy Notice. Experian processes the personal data by our affiliated companies and customers in accordance with the terms applicable to the relevant affiliated company or customer and otherwise with their instructions. In some cases, Experian may be a controller as further described in the Experian EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Privacy Notice.
