Purpose of Data Collection

Jiminny provides business-related coaching and conversation analytics services, based on data we collect through our communication tools and services. We process audio and video data recorded by customers, in some cases returning a machine transcription of the words spoken, and/or other data derived from the conversation. This data may contain personal data, depending on the nature of the conversation. We also collect personal data including names, email addresses, telephone numbers and demographic information. We use the personal information we collect and receive to provide our service to our customers, to enable the service's tools and features, to study and analyze the functionality of the service and users' activities, to provide support, personalize user experience, to maintain the service, to improve it and to continue developing the service. We share information with third party services that help us to operate our website, authenticate users, and deliver our products and services, such as hosting companies, email service providers, analytics companies, among others.
