Purpose of Data Collection

HR DATA AND NON-HR DATA COLLECTED EU HR Data: Bechtel may collect, use and process EU HR Data of current and former Bechtel employees, Bechtel contingent workers (including temporary workers and other non-employee personnel), and individuals who apply to work at Bechtel. EU HR Data is processed by Bechtel for purposes that include, but are not limited to, general business administration, compensation and benefits, workflow and performance management, IT support, administration of compliance hotline, internal investigations, exercising legal rights or obligations, and recruitment and hiring activities. Bechtel may disclose EU HR Data to third party service providers that perform services on Bechtel’s behalf, including, but not limited to, services in connection with finance or other administrative activities, IT support, and HR activities. NON-HR PERSONAL DATA: Bechtel may obtain personal data about individuals located in the EU, such as contact information, in connection with maintaining its enterprise customer relationships and providing services to enterprise customers. Bechtel may collect, use and process data about EU corporate customers and other third parties for purposes that include, but are not limited to, general business administration, data hosting, customer support and relationship management, payment processing and billing/collection, data analytics, direct marketing, fulfillment of requests, exercising legal rights or obligations, and service support and improvement/development. Bechtel may disclose data about EU corporate customers, and other third parties to third party service providers that perform services on Bechtel’s behalf, including, but not limited to, services in connection with finance or other administrative activities.
