Purpose of Data Collection
For Abacus customers, we collect information in support of the contracted services. The types of personal data include: client firm name, client employee name, work email, work phone, work address, work mobile phone, internal usernames, billing contact. Abacus does not disclose client data to third parties other than when technologically necessary and only to the sub-contractors and/or sub-processors as have been documented and that are subject to the signed agreement between Abacus and said party. For prospective clients, Abacus collects contact name, firm name, work email, and work phone. For the Abacus UK office personnel, Abacus collect personal data to provide payroll, healthcare, and benefits. Abacus contracts with payroll, health, and benefit providers to service UK employees.
