Smarsh processes the following data for the following purposes: (1) data from visitors to our website for marketing purposes; (2) user data from Smarsh products and services for the purpose of providing and supporting the products and services; (3) personal data from employees and job applicants for human resources and other company-related purposes; and (4) personal data contained in Smarsh clients’ communications data in connection with providing Smarsh products and services under agreements with those clients. Smarsh may disclose personal data of website visitors or applicants to its technology or other third-party service providers such as website hosts, applicant management tools, chat widgets, email marketing campaign and other marketing or sales operations tools. We may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
