Purpose of Data Collection
The purpose of collecting data is to help troubleshoot issues with our clients' software. Often the data sent to us contains user information saved from registering with the client software. Some of the user data origins are in the EU and would like our client to know that the data sent to us is protected by the Data Privacy Framework. The data is only used by Altum employees and contractors; it is not shared or disclosed with any third parties.
