Platinum Intelligent Data Solutions (IDS) is a litigation support professional services organization. We help legal teams and agencies with litigation discovery tasks which may include indexing and presentation of personal information. Because business litigation can cover essentially any subject matter, we don't know what kind of data will be delivered to our company for processing. While we dont exclusively any kind of data, surely some of it will be personal information, which could include anything at all. This is why we feel that we must opt in for coverage of human resource data. We abide by our clients will in regards to destruction of data or encrypted archival of this content. Platinum does not use this information for any personal purposes. Platinum does not review or datamine this content for any internal initiative whatsoever. Any work we do with the data we receive is at the will of the legal team or agency that contracted us. Outside of the performance of our core offering described above, Platinum stores minimal information about individuals, as routinely used in typical sales and marketing initiatives such as first and last name, email address, city and state, phone numbers and job roles. Platinum also tracks web collateral performance through the use of domains and tracking cookies. This information is stored in our marketing Platform, Hubspot. Hubspot data is strong password protected and encrypted in transit. We do not share any information with any third parties.
