Types of Information We Collect During Product Use Converus develops and sells its products and services directly to End Customers (“Customers”) and to third-party, authorized Service Providers (“Service Providers”) who provide products and services. While using Converus products, Customers and Service Providers may collect personal information from you, which is information about you that can be used to uniquely identify you, such as your name, email address, photograph, voice recording, or video recording, if you consent to provide such information. Converus products may also collect information that does not uniquely identify you if you consent to provide such information. We collect such information in various ways, including if you request information from us, download, use, and/or install Converus products, or when contacting our customer support. Converus must receive or collect some information to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market Converus products, including when you install, access, or use those products. Information You Provide includes: • Converus Account Information • Customer Support and Other Communications • Test Taker Information • Payment Information: Credit card payment information is not retained by Converus but may be retained by a merchant account provider. Automatically Collected Information includes: • Device Information • Connection Information • Usage and Log Information Converus may use the information obtained about you to: • Our services: Converus uses information provided by users to operate, improve, and provide our products and services. Information provided by you in the course of using Converus products is used to process the results of any tests taken. • Security: We use information collected by Customers and Service Providers from test takers to ensure our products are being used correctly and safely. • Communications: Converus uses information to communicate with you about our products and services as well as offers, events, and other promotions. In addition to the uses described above, Converus may use the information collected through login information, cookies, or other means to identify and authenticate visitors. Information We Share Converus may disclose aggregated information about our users without restriction. However, we do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
