Purpose of Data Collection
ISTS collects data to process scholarship, grant, tuition assistance and tuition reimbursement programs. This data is may include full name, address, email address, phone number, school, grade level, parent name(s), parent phone number(s), parent email address(es) and, in some cases, the applicant's social security number and relevant tax information. Applicants may may also be required to provide other information including date of birth, gender, personal interests, academic performance data, extracurricular activities, or personal essays, etc. The only information released to third parties would include contact information released to sponsors of scholarship/grant programs the student may be qualified to apply for.
