Purpose of Data Collection

Such personal data may include: full name, personal contact information, data of birth, gender, country of birth, citizenship/nationality; benefits data, performance data, compensation data, personal financial and tax data, HR analytics and other behavioral data, time entries, leave and absence data, location data, employment history, biometric and health data, online identifiers and geolocation data, employment history, education and qualification data, trade union membership, diversity data (including sexual orientation), national or government identifiers (such as national insurance, passport, driver's license numbers), sounds and images, and training and compliance data. The information is collected for purposes that may include: workforce planning and operations, administration of compensation and benefits, payroll and compensation, talent management, sale or acquisition of a business, travel management, business continuity management, emergency notification, customer support, client care, account management, execution of contractual obligations, communications, product and service delivery, marketing and public relations, customer engagement, business operations, vendor management, financial and tax compliance and administration, audit, litigation and other dispute resolution, and anti-money laundering and Know Your Client compliance.
