Purpose of Data Collection

Our product, the Sage Intacct core ERP services, is a cloud financial management application. In the operation of our product, we process data submitted by our customers, which may include personally identifiable information. We do not control what data our customers submit into the Sage Intacct product. We process customer data on the customer’s behalf. We share customer data only on the instructions of the customer, as required by law or with subcontractors who provide services or functionality on our behalf as part of our product and services to customers. In the administration and operation of our product, we collect various administrative information about our customers and their users (e.g., contact information, billing details), which contains personally identifiable information. We use this data to provide and administer our product and for customer support, product improvement and development, fraud prevention, research and analysis, and marketing. We may share administrative data we collect with subcontractors who perform services for us, providers of services within or related to our product, with other Sage companies for our legitimate business reasons, with select business partners for marketing, and as required by law.
