Purpose of Data Collection
Data collected will include: - Structural information for Xola's customer accounts, such as names, schedules, and descriptions of their business offerings, contact information or account registration information, including name, phone number, physical address, and e-mail address. - Information on Xola customers including demographic information (e.g., gender, age, birthdate), characteristics and interests, passwords and account identifiers. - Interactional information for activities within our Digital Properties, data regarding usage of our Services, reservations made, products and services requested or purchased, your IP address, browser type, ISP, page views, clicks, domains, operating systems, device IDs, device types and similar information. - Booking and Transactional data on Xola customer's exchanges with their own customers, such as booking details (date and time of booking), name and contact information for their booked customers, and amounts for booked customers transactions. - Billing related information for certain Xola customers that will process credit cards via Xola's Stripe account and receive payments from Xola for said transactions. Customer bank account data is not stored by Xola, it is stored by Stripe.
